Cancellation Policy

We hold a strict 24 hour cancellation policy at Énez Beauty. If an appointment is missed or cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the service time scheduled, Énez Beauty will charge 50% of the service cost to the credit card on file. If a deposit was given prior to service, that deposit will be kept instead of charging the card that is on file.

If you would like to make up the appointment, we will credit the 50% total towards a service within 7 days of the original appointment time. Appointments may be cancelled at least 24 hours in advanced via call or email.
